Artwork Specifications

Accepted formats for finished art
.eps (Illustrator or Photoshop)
.ai (Illustrator)
.indd (InDesign package)
.pdf (Illustrator or InDesign *print ready only)
Note: Formats that will not be accepted as finished art: .jpg, .gif, .png or .bmp
Scale
All artwork must be set up at a scale of 10% (1:10). Limit file sizes to 5mb for email. Other media 100mb.
*Time involved in setup and printer RIP of files over this size may incur additional charges.
Resolution
Ensure images within files are set up at the following resolution
10% scale: minimum 300dpi
Note: If you are unsure about resolution, please send us original high resolution only – do not attempt to resize.
Bleed
Please supply at least 20mm bleed with no crop marks included. There can be exceptions to some jobs – check with us before sending files.
Colour Management
Please supply files as CMYK (not RGB)
Please set all solid Black to C20%, M20%, Y20%, K100%
If a specific colour is required, a Pantone colour or colour sample must be supplied. Pantone colours will be matched to our printers closest CMYK equivalent. Exact colour matches may not always be possible.
Fonts

*All screen and printer fonts must be supplied with artwork

**PRINT READY MEANS: SIZE, RESOLUTION, BLEED, COLOUR with CORRECT CMYK profile

Artwork that needs to be adjusted or modified to suit the required specifications may incur additional charges.
